WHAT TO EXPECT
The process for our services is explained below!
01
Make An Appointment
Call us at (859) 359-6808, email us at info@bemobilept.com, or schedule an appointment online. We will contact you to obtain more information about why you need physical therapy to ensure you qualify. It is advised to contact your insurance to learn about our outpatient therapy benefits and to request an outpatient PT referral from your physician.
02
Setup Your Patient Portal
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to setup your personal patient portal through our secure and HIPAA compliant medical records platform powered by Kareo. If you do not have the electronic capabilities to fill out the online forms, your physical therapist can assist with this.
03
Initial Examination and Evaluation
Your physical therapist will come to your home and perform a thorough history and examination to determine if you qualify for medically necessary skilled physical therapy. A plan of care will be created based on your goals if you qualify for services. Your physical therapist will send your plan of care to your primary care physician to be signed off on.
04
Treatment Sessions
You will likely work with your physical therapist in your home, 2-3 times a week for 45-60 mins each session. Most patients will require 4-8 weeks of therapy services, but this will depend on your individual situation. All copays will be due at the start of each session. You will be provided a home exercise program and education so you will eventually be able to manage your condition with less supervision. Once your goals have been met you will be discharged from physical therapy services.
